  Hi, James! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks so much for stopping by with your question! While we are not able to get a magnet mailed out to you, I do have some tips for you that may help you get your magical magnet. I love getting that magnet every year when renewing our Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passes. Even better are the seasonal ones that have been offered! Have you seen those little beauties yet? While at the Resort, be sure to check for any special Annual Passholder magnets that they may currently be passing out at various locations. My all-time favorite one was the Figment one offered during the Epcot International Festival of the Arts. It was purplelicious!

  So, let's get to your much sought after magnet! First, have you activated your Annual Pass yet? Once you do this, you will receive your Annual Pass card and a booklet that will tell all the benefits of being a passholder. After it is activated, you can sign on to My Disney Experience and customize your Annual Passholder MagicBand. Once it arrives, usually within a week or so, be sure to look all through the packaging for the MagicBand slider! It will be in small, clear packaging. Around the same time that you receive your MagicBand package, you will receive a Passholder Welcome Packet, which will contain your magnet.

  If you have already gone through these steps and did not find your magnet within the packet, I do have one other thought. I know recently that Maleficent had been practicing a few spells that apparently grew too strong, causing a backup in MagicBand slider shipments. Tsk, tsk! You may want to contact V.I.PASSHOLDER Support and inquire as to the shipment of magnets.
